It was probably recorded with a ribbon mic, in an actual reverb room.

Any advice on processing. What sort of comp for example

You say reverb room.

From my modern day bunch of verbs( lexicon bundle, rverb etc) would it be a room or chamber??

I dont have any ribbon mics. Would anyone choose the sm7 over the ldc's for this job???

Thanx
