Looking for this sound

I've been looking to create this sound forever and not sure what sound or patch that is. The sound is layer on top of the piano in the beginning. It has a lead that sounds like a sine wave of some sort. Do they just overdub it over the piano, or do they move the sound by a few milisecond? It seems to me that the sound is sort of off, which gives you that slight double effect.

It kinda sounds like a bell sound to my ears.

Really??? I know the background was an organ that was playing. The bell sound was probably the crisp part of the electric piano, because once you start to add many layers to a piano it tends to give you that crystal sound. The sound I'm looking for is that whistle lead sound. That sound is a very good combination use with a piano + a mixture of EP's layering. Here's another example below.

I'm hearing it. It's a synth lead of some sort. A sine wave with some light distortion, maybe a saw wave layered with it lightly, some tremolo or vibrato, a decent amount of portamento (slide/glide, whatever you prefer to call it) to suit the song and a hint of reverb to make it a lil more lush. The saw wav/distortion and reverb are optional, as I don't really hear it pronounced in the song, but it will make for a more interesting sound. The portamento is what makes it sound a few milliseconds off.

Sounds like a Nord analog synth patch (a pseudo french hornish sound) with a little upward pitch bend at the beginning of each note. It's also reminiscent of an old Prophet V. There's also some delay on it.

where can pick up that patch? hmm... I'm curious if I can make that sound from the roland worskation G series. I'll have to check up on it. I'm sure the motif have them but maybe I would have to create them myself.
