No, but they seem to be a replacement for the M3. I have 2 of these linked with a D cable - 16 valve channels (yum). The question will be.... have they cheapened the production of the M3, converting it to an M1. Head to head would be nice.

I also own an M3. From what I can tell they have reduced the EQ from 4 to 3 bands. The mic/line inputs and inserts are now on top instead of on the back. And it doesn't look rack mountable like the M3 is. So, it's designed now for table top use only. The M3 is either/or. So, obviously some cuts to bring down the price. Too bad as I want another M3 for 16 channel summing like lumpo.
