My first thought was: Minority Report, wow, I want that too for my computer. I also thought it could be an interactive music instrument. It reminded me of some alien instruments in Star Trek

I love it, it's a must to have for me

Has anybody found a price tag?

So unbelievably cool. I called my girlfriend over to check out the video and both of us started drooling. Seems like a much faster, more intuitive way to work.

Now if someone would just overhaul the folder/file system for computers. The whole structure is way overdue for a rework, since the basis of the whole thing is still rooted in a very static, traditional way of sorting information.

Yup. Amazing. Technology just keeps on coming, and at an exponentially faster rate. When I'm 60, I hope to be producing tracks and mixing using just my thoughts. Maybe I can even record music I compose in my dreams...Of course, it'd be mostly 80's funk porn music...

I'm waiting for the PCI-to-Brain-Hub. That's the first plugin that I will use.

EQing and compressing at the same time. Tweak several parameters of the sound at once

Better: shape the sound with your hands

yep imagine being able to drag in audio bites, stretch them out to fit, grab multiple audio to resync etc, mix with 4 or more faders while adding massive rev and delay with the other hand, the possibilities are endless. and this would make mixing music a hell of a lot faster.

I wonder how long it will be until this shit turns 3 dimensional. Now that something to be impressed with. F*&k faders... imagine arranging audio files in a 3D space which represents a stereo or surround image.

Yeah. And watch every DAW maker adopt it, except Digi.
They'll wait 5-6 years, and then charge you $1500,- to enable the use of it.

............................................. ..

That thing is about a billion times more intuitive than using a mouse. I still look at a mouse and think what a step back in time to europes iron age...I mean stoneage.

bring that thing right down to my house now. From composing to mixing it will be light years ahead in terms of productivity than anything available right now. The musicians of the future are so lucky....bastards!!

Screw that.. I'm still fairly young! If this comes out in the next 10 years I'll be all over it.

I love this kind of stuff!

I don't think that it will take a long time until we will make music à la star trek, minority report. And this tool is the prove. I give another 5-7 years. In this time we will live another step up in remote and controlling computers.
