Testicles on a stand... And they even drop!
Sorry I couldn't resist, they look pretty interesting. Is there a price yet?

Don't know why, but it kind of strikes me funny to see a company's website with a "Legal News" link on their homepage along with the usual "News", "Products", "Contact" etc...

All the flak that Violet gets...

They keep introducing stuff to the market, that might be tricky if they hadn't been heavily involved in Blue (as opposed to what Blue claims).

I know that the truth is probably complicated, but I think that blowing JZ off, might be a mistake--time will tell.

This thing looks (no telling how it will sound) cool.

Warning bad pun ahead.

Having had a testical removed, I wish I had a pair!!!

I don't know, Blue never said they weren't heavily involved...they were basically hired to build their products as they had a reputation for doing quality metal fabrication (they did a lot of medical equipment as I understand it). I'm sure that after building Blue's products for years they picked up a thing or two.

Yeah,

I've been following the whole Violet vs BLUE debate from the beginning, and
the more I see things the more I side with the Violet camp, sure the truth
is somewhere in between, but just looking at these plain facts...

Violet have this new mic, a new capsule design and half a dozen other mics
that bear little resemblance to anything BLUE... all this in the last year
or so...

And what did we get from BLUE at NAMM... a shockmount... Now I'm even more
suspicious....

Right now Violet is the underdog but I think more and more people are
taking a leap of faith, they now have official distribution a handful of
European Countries, the UK, New Zealand and the list is growing...

I've already jumped on board and own a Violet Black Knight, which hands down
is leagues ahead of min it's sub $400 price range. I hope to add either
another Knight or Amethyst this year to my collection.

Is it a condenser?
Looks similar to my 1959 Sennheiser MDS1
