Auto-mix-plugin.....ehh...yeah...ok...
How about an auto-releasedate-plugin, or an auto-hitsingle-plugin, or maybe
even better, the auto-discography-plugin 2.0, the auto-grammy-plugin, or the auto-mtv-award-plugin (beta), what about an auto-royalty-statement-plugin, oh, I know, the auto-non-recoupable-plugin!
I could go on for days like this...too bad, I'll come back tomorrow after I get some more ideas in the shower!

I thought of making a virtual mixing program years ago but decided the insane amounts of work that would have to go into it for the rough mixes that would come out the other end wouldn't really be worth it, except maybe for academic reasons.

Narco what would you be basing a "mix" on when you program it ?

Are you saying you can make a program that can optimize each sound and than match them all in a good way to make it sound like a real mix ?

Sounds very unbelievable to me but still kind of neat.

Just to keep this silly thread up:
How about the auto-plugin-chooser-plugin; a plugin that automatically
calculates which plugin is best suited for drums, bass, vocals, etc...
Or an auto-plugin-settings-plugin; a plugin that calculates the right settings
for drums, bass, vocals, etc...
HD-Accel Mac only, for $999.
Also a group-discount is offered!

To be honest, I'd buy me a second pair of ears, if they would cost $999!
