Regarding the LMNO pre, I try not to hype my stuff too much, until the product is in stock, but it's safe to say I will be shipping the end of December. Here is the press release from AES. I apologize in advance for the bad pictures (see links), I still haven't had the LMNO pre properly photographed. Once I have a decent photo I'll put the press release with the pic in New Product Alert. I have a good feeling, even with all the mic pres out there, the slutz are going to like this pre, and I should say I owe it to the gearslutz for helping me out. When I was a guess moderator some time ago you gave me a lot of great suggestions and you were heard! lmnoprepic1 lmnoprepic2 lmnopre3

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
LITTLE LABS INTRODUCES THE
LMNOPRE MICROPHONE PREAMPLIFIER
119TH AES CONVENTION, NEW YORK, NEW YORK, October 7, 2005 -
Little Labs is excited to introduce a new and truly unique microphone preamplifier for the 119th Audio Engineering Society Convention. With so many new microphone pre-amplifiers using some new, but mostly vintage design philosophy, Little Labs set out to do what it does best, design a totally new microphone preamplifier, which not only sounds fantastic but gives a degree of control over the sound allowing you to capture sound unlike any microphone preamplifier before.
The Little Labs LMNOPRE microphone preamplifier features include: a fully discrete gain stage with up to 68dB of clean, quiet, gain with a maximum level out of 32dB; completely differential circuit topology from input to output; low frequency resonance control (utilizing a unique polystyrene capacitor passive circuit topology) allowing a controlled proximity effect without being in close proximity of the microphone, as well as allowing, controlled transformer saturation; selectable fully variable phase alignment (the same circuit topology as the award winning Little Labs IBP phase alignment tool); front panel xlr connector for microphone in with a front panel rear microphone in xlr defeat switch; front panel direct injection in with an instrument thru with earth lift to feed an instrument amplifier; rear panel external input transformer connector allowing optional external input transformers to be selected by the user for special applications; switch selectable post output transformer output level trim, allowing transformer saturation without overloading post microphone preamplifier devices; output transformer front panel bypass switch; and other more common microphone preamplifier features.
The Little Labs LMNOPRE microphone preamplifier designed to empower the audio engineer with new tools allowing new techniques to explore deeper into the control of sound.

The new Little Labs LMNOPRE microphone preamplifier will be available winter 2005 for a suggested retail price of $1680 USD.
