I'd still want to see these things racked up. A lousy PCB with connectors hanging around is hardly a product. And if this was a kit, I heavily suspect the support for building these would be minimal. You need to sell well-documented kits with good, professionally made PCB's to give people a chance to make these work.

Hell he is Rupert Neve's incest son that rupert locked in the basement and fed him only when he produced high quality audio designs that rupert could claim to be his own? Thats what you were going to say next right?

Thats where malkos learnt to solder with his cigarette lighter too i persume? Since it's no longer necessary for Pro Audio manufactuers to design there gear, nor build it with professional equipment?

Hahaha nobody gives a rats that you are trying it out tony... It's clear to everyone where this stuff comes from and how it was built. People aren't as stupid or naive as you... But please send Malkos your money by all means! let us know when you have done it too so we can all sit and laugh at the bloke who claims "MONEY IS NO OBJECT .... i just want to have one ... as i want authenticity ... " but is clearly to tightarse or stupid (or both) to even consider the ORIGINAL!

LMFAO!!

Has anyone noticed how Ziggy doesn't know the meaning of CLONE after all these posts of his ( are you getting frequent flyer points for these posts ziggy ??) ... and how ignorant he is to the amount of companies that are cloning and how stupid he looks and sounds when BA283 is the patent ... and not the red marconi knob - U knob.

must i go to the trouble of putting up links ... to websites such as brent ava''..., dan alexander , sevnth circle , shpeps,,, scwheppes ... vintech, JLM ,,& as comandant lasard would say , many ....many , many . mayny....more "

dare i say ziggy ... that u are single-ing out this malKjos character ...????

why do u feel it is your duty to attack this MalKjos character ???

it show's exactly how much u really know about the guts of any of your equipment.. and how much it means for your equipment to LOOK NICE ... ... Behringer looks nice .... some of their stuff even tastes nice ....

I dare u to attack of the clones - any of the other cloners in the same way ....

what's the Original design bit ???? the fact they have Originally designed their own rack faces ??? ....

i hope you continue the Behringer legacy .... carry on sergant ...

i had enuff ... with the nit-witt types ...

i guess results will speak for themselves ....... and ... i'd love to SEEE one of your recordings some time ...

You must be thicker than a lead shit house dude...

So tell me Tony does an SSL 4000 comp sum CV or audio? What about the GSSL? DBX202's? 2181's?

How many 1272 modification boards are in existance? did Neve ever make one? No... If they are so abundant as you say why did Malkos try and blackmail (YES BLACKMAIL!) Jlm audio out of their own creation?!?!?! Have you looked at the JLM audio website? where are they selling a Neve clone? They aren't you doushebag!

When did neve produce the 1272 as a recording preamp? Never! it was created as a line/summing amp... But it was never created with the modification that JLM audio has designed!

If you don't understand why Malkos is being singled out you must have the brain span of a squashed bug. Haven't you ever thought to yourself "Why am i the only one that thinks this guy is legitimate? Why is everyone else attacking him?"

You don't even get what everyone is upset about ffs! Lets see... try and blackmail an established audio manufacturer out of there modification... take non-profit designs and try and market them as his own despite clear disclaimers and warnings.

Ethics dude... Ethics... Maybe you can wrap your head around that little word. Maybe if he wasn't trying to profit off non-profit designs, and he didn't try and manipulate audio companies for schematics and PCB layouts of there products people might not single him out! That and the fact his work looks like it was done by a monkey! perhaps you were that monkey tony...

You can call me as stupid as you want Tony... but you are the one taking this guy seriously. I wonder why no one else is taking him seriously? Because everyone else sees it like it is. Nothing more needs to be said...

except maybe this... just to prove how much you are contradicting yourself.

Like I said before... LMFAO!

So tell me Tony, when did neve last manufacture a 1272 recording preamp?

With all due respect Tony,

what malkos did with the whole blackmail thing was plain wrong. The whole cloning thing you can argue, but the balckmail thing is not cool-you have to admit. In any case, I wish you the best of luck of course, but please keep in mind who you are dealing with-especially when there are so many reputable sources for high quality equipment/components these days.

Regards,

Art

No, i just find it incredibly entertaining that someone who blackmails and unlawfully uses designs thinks they are getting somewhere in life.

You are malkies cousin arent you tony...

Why, has he offered to put a switch in instead of four push buttons? i wonder where he got that design from

Hey...
Since you are so insistant that these products are commercial (and not just poorly made pieces of DIY that wont actually be sold to anyone with half a brain) Im gonna have to insist that you stop using gearslutz as a personal diary of workprogress to show off your *cough* results ..If you want to advertise please contact Jules and get some banner prices. If not - get lost.
