| Drums by Request The Drums by Request- Team says hello! We are happy to be able to present to you our service for producers, bands and other musicians. Our internet sevice „DrumsbyRequest“ (Drums by Request - Online Drums ), which is led by Dirk Erchinger, delivers customized drumtracks to order. The idea of the site is as simple as it’s effective: customers just have to upload the songs they want drumtracks for to the server of the site. The DrumsbyRequest team then directly plays the drumtracks over the songs and makes the single instrument drumtracks available for exclusive download within a week’s time. We would be happy if you would report on our service. For this purpose we have prepared a folder including the most important information on our service and attached it to this e-mail. We are available for your questions and ideas at any time. Beat it! Torsten Prenzler (DrumsbyRequest executive)

| BTW what if I'd want a MIDI track (performed by real drummer) instead of audio tracks? This would be helpful if I want to use some synth (acoustic or electronic) drumkits of mine. Can you do it? |

| Nice looking website. And I hope you'll get lots of work. what would be cool however was pictures of the room and a list of available drums/cymbals and microphones and preamps, so the client was able to choose which mics/drums/cymbals are going to be used. good luck!

| Demos sound as if there are phase problems, the funk demo starts off sounding like it has unintended slap echo in fact. Tones are a bit pasty. Beta 52 is regrettable. Playing is fine. Might be nice if you set up triggers and provide MIDI alongside acoustic for the same performance. I.e. not played on electronic drums, triggered directly on the acoustic ones. |

| hey guys, thanx a lot 4 your well wishes, good tips & suggestions! since we want to make our service as good as possible, your proposals & even criticism are more than welcome! to peeder: i always liked the combination of beta 52 or sm 91 & subkick..back in the days we would even record kick with sennheiser 421.. but what kind of mic would you recommend 4 the kick? we might have it next week;-) providing MIDI alongside acoustic drums is a good idea and we r already working on that! thanx again & have a great day, cheers.. dirk erchinger |
