Band-support

Hey everyone!

I am starting my own indie label in Baltic, and i have some questions to aks you. I hope you help me :)

1. I signed a band to my label, and i want them to be band support for other more or less famous band (just ex.: Paramore, Creed...). Whom should i contact? their label, manager or?...

ATM only this question. Thanks!
