| Where do I go from here? Ok so I just finished the RPM and FAWM challange and have 15 shiney new tracks. The question is what do I do with them next? I'm not in a band. I Dont perform as I'm studio based and its not suitable to take it on the road. I've noticed that to make money out of music, you have to sell a package, not just the music. So have I any realistic chance of making money, or at least getting my music known by a decent number of people - from just using the internet? Has any one else had success via this route?

| I think you have answered your own question - the whole package! Stage performance is vital. As nobody is buying that 50-year-old anachronism, one hour of recorded music on a disc, you need to be out there and performing. Forget trying to get into advertising and libraries, everybody and their mothers-in-law is now trying that. Without the experience and skills, to interpret briefs and match edit after edit, the average home-alone muso stands no chance. So get your gigging boots on!
