Its funny how the simplest things evade us... and turn out to be the most important. When I first discovered it, I argued abt this with a friend who was at the time one of the most famous corporate attorneys in the country; he just wouldn't accept the fact that the "Fed" was in no way part of the US government. All he had to do was look it up.

Just think how every night on the news some pundit is guessing what the Fed is up to, will they raise rates, lower rates, etc. No one really knows because they operate in secret.

They are not a part of the government, and don't answer to the government, yet they have more bearing on the workings of this country than the prez himself, because these guys print our money. Now if that doesn't seem strange to you, then I have some outboard gear on sale for instant download...

BTW, the second video you posted gets an A+++!
