Help with music clearances and cue sheets
Hi everybody, I need some help regarding film music from colleagues around the world. Sorry if it is the wrong place in the forum!

First of all, I am a music composer from Argentina, I have finished a long feature score, and the european coproducer is asking for the following, in order to send the film to several festivals:

the in and out of the music..
all the fade in and the fade out...
and of course the clearance for the movie


I assume that the in and outs has to do with the cue sheet, and the clearance has to do with the Argentinian rights management entity (SADAIC, similiar BMI, ASCAP)
The fade in and fade out have me puzzled.

Can anybody share some experience about this procedures?

I don't know for sure, but maybe they are referring to a single cues' start and end time, and whether it fades out or in between those two times.
