Latest Logic 7.2.3 and Latest OS with G4 Stable?

Like many of you I have lost time and money behind BUGS since upgrading to Logic 7. I am using a G4 867 dual with Logic 7.1.1 This is my set up right now mainly for the reason that I know the bugs that are there and I haven't been getting corrupted sessions anymore so I left it alone. I am in production on my Wife's Album and it is very important to me. I would love to get an even more stable version of only DAW. I just need it to be a foward step! Right now I know my midi or AU instr. may stop working at any moment, requiring a session restart or possibly computer restart. Also The APPLE AU plug ins crash Logic randomly! Merging indidvidual regions in audio or midi can change timing(feel). If any of these have been improved with the latest Version of Logic/Tiger I would spend the 250.00 to do the upgrade I have a brand new drive ready. I just can't have any more corrupted songs or 8 bit audio files or any of that other shiiitt!!! Please you guys out there who may have already done what I am thinking about(upgrade) right now HELP.

Mac Dual 867 1 GIG Ram and 4 IDE drives. RME F.F. 400 2*UAD-1 Card UA LA-610 Grace Designs 101 Avalon 737 MPC 1000

That is not my experience here. I am running 7.2.3 with OSX 10.4.8 with 2 UAD-1 cards also on my Dual 2.0 G5 and it is very stable. But I do believe you are asking a lot out of that G4.
