| nuendo monitoring help
I'm in nuendo 3 and i want to try a new monitoring setup.
Usually, I just monitor off of my console.
But I got a new buss comp and am eager to try it out.
But I can't get nuendo to let me monitor the mix I am recording, as I am recording it.
So basically, I got my mixout patched into my buss comp, buss comp out patched into my tape in 1 and 2.
In nuendo I have my mix track set to record from tape in 1 and 2, and to play from my stereo out.
The mix will play back fine through my outputs, but when recording i get nothing.
I turned on my input monitoring... I tried setting it to manual, tape machine style, etc etc. I tried them all... I tried routing through audition bus, I tried making my stereo mix out the default bus, and still nothing when I am trying to record a mix
