PT Softsynth preset names

Hey,

I've done net searches & scoured thru the PT le manual but I can't anything about how to get Patch/Preset names from softsynths?

I had a play around with Cherry Picker but it only seem to have the option of creating middevs from external synths.

Is this possible or I'm I just deluding myself?
