voice cosmanaut at os9..issues?

I bought this plug-in about a month or two ago as i maybe doing some voice over/sfx stuff soon and thought it might come in handy..(i know i know a lame excuse for buying gear at the best of times)..anyway i had to wait awhile to use it as it was osx only up untill versio 3.70 for os 9 came out.
Now for some reason i can see the plug in in audiosuite ,it is definatly authourised(checked my ilock) but it does not apear in my drop down plug in list.
I am sure iv'e downloaded the full install/uninstall and as far as i can make out my system seems fine-
noisy dual gig mac,just over 1 gig ram os 9.2
dae 5.3.1
logic 6.3.2
hd 2/pro tools 5

i also bought the bf tuner and had the same problem untill i found an older version(3.15)which seemed to work fine.
i obviously informed b/factory support who had been quite helpfull /fast regarding paying for them and getting the plugs authourised.
Acording to bombfactory they licensed my ilock with version 3.00 for the tuner and voice plugs which should cover all versions....
since informing support of my problem i have had no responce.....
so if anyone else has had the same problem or can see a fault with my setup etc....

Your setup sounds OK. Do you see the plugin loading when Pro Tools launches?

You would be better off asking this on the DUC - http://duc.digidesign.com - where there are lots more PT users.

BF has a pretty spotty reputation for support.

I know your right about going to the duc its just i have a feeling it may just turn into an endless rant about bombfactory support,which wont help anyone,least of all me .
Anyhow i shall give it a go....
