weird pro tools 7 question

Hey everyone....I have a brand new Intel iMac. I have Pro Tools 7 updated for the Intel and everything seems to be working fine. However I have one little annoying thing I can't seem to figure out. If i can't explain it well enough I'll have to try to post a screen shot but here goes. Pretty much I have a blue border around everything on the screen in pro tools. Like when I open a plug in and even take it back off there is a blue border in that space where the plug-in was. I can't seem to figure it out so if there are any ideas on this let me know. Like I said, everything seems to work fine it's just kind of annoying.

in the meantime, try resetting PRAM (restart - hold down Apple + Option + P + R)

also repair permissions (use Disk Utility)

are you using the DVI out with another monitor as well as the laptop monitor?
