Pro Tools Plug-in Problem...

For some reason I just installed a rack of new plug-ins for PT but they don't show when i go to do an insert.... Any ideas of how I can get PT to recognize these plugs? I'm using M-Powered 7.1.1 on an Intel Mac

make sure the plugins (they should have the extension .dpm) are in this folder:

Library > Application Support > Digidesign > Plug-Ins

if they are iLok authorized plugins then obviously you will need to have an authorized iLok plugged in to an available USB port.

one other thing to consider is that stereo-only plugins will only show up on stereo tracks, et cetera...
