Logic and PT LE user: Interface Question

I use Logic for a lot of composing, but prefer to track live projects in PTLE. I would like to be able to use some high quality mic pres and converters for both Logic and PTLE. Right now I have an 002, but am looking at a Lynx Aurora and a rack of SCA Pres. Would it make sense to sell the 002 and buy the M-Audio Lightbridge?

IMO stick the 002 untill you feel you need to move to something else.
the light bridge isnt even supported yet, 7.3 should be out soon and it will be then but dont jump to early

Personally, I would stick with the 002. The LE software and hardware integration is much tighter than M-Powered. Also, the 002's specs are also good enough to keep around, for sure.

I'd stick with the 002 for the time being too. I have heard some bad things about some of the M-Audio stuff and PT not working as well as they could together.

Will.

I just replaced the AudioMedia III card in my mastering rig with an M-Audio Audiophile 192 and M-Powered 7.1 so that I can pull up PT 7 sessions. So far it's been flawless even playing 96k sessions with lots of plugs.

About the only difference I've noticed is that PowR dither is missing however I'd only mix to 24 bit.
