audiophile 2496

I cannot seem to record and monitor at the same time...

If I set the patchbay to monitor the wav outs I can hear play back but not the vocals Im trying to record..If I select the ins then I can hear the vocals but nothing else....this worked before....WTF is wrong? I reinstalled the drivers...

I am using a vtb-1 preamp into "in1" on the delta. Outs 1/2 are straight to my monitors (krk rokits).

Any thoughts?

Using SX3. In set to analog in 1 outputs are set to analog out 1/2

Thanks
Gary

there is a control panel in the 2496 that comes up as a display on the pc.
prolly a setting needs to be changed. for monitoring thru.
one of the tabs if i remember. GO THRU your manual for 2496 carefully.
i dont use sx but also check sx is useing the correct drivers.
in preferences.
