The new EQ does sound nice. I've toyed with a few of the new included VST3 plugins and they sound nice too. I don't think I'll be retiring my UAD, Waves, Tritone, URS plugins, but it's good to have other quality options.

This would be a good trend. Digi's EQ and Dyn III are very nice (especially the Dyn III). So does the new EQ have a *sound* or is it pretty transparent? |

After using the Cambridge on the last record I did and now using Waves SLL and Neve I realize that it wasn't really all that great to start. But I do like the EQ in Cbuase 4 it is way better than SX3.
