soundforge on intel mac

Why wouldn't it? A Macbook Pro with Windows is essentially a PC. I have.. gee I dont know .. over 50 installs on mine and it all works like a charm. It is running native.. no emulation. This question is similar to asking "does soundforge work on the new dell inspirion?
