| Gear interested | good computer speakers???
What would you recommend on some good quality computer speakers with a subwoofer? I want it to bump inside my living room. I usually listen to hip hop. It isn't going to be used for recording, but for my computer. This computer is an office computer, and I will just mainly listen to mp3s. Maybe in the future I will use to watch dvds with the speakers in the living room. But mostly listening to music.

You might look at some of the Cambridge Soundworks stuff. You pay more, but some of their higher end computer speakers rock. You can find them in various sizes and configurations. Find them at www.hifi.com

HI, I use Genelec 8020, they are amazing, and if you can save some money, buy the7050 sub, this configuration is a top of the line for your application, this is a 1,500 us aprox. |

My suggestion would be the KRK RP5s with a KRK RP10 subwoofer. You can find these in a package deal for a little over 500 or so and they just kill the "high end" computer/home theater speakers I have heard. |
