I've seen stuff like this before, I'm 99% sure its a scam, basically paid for piracy.

It´s 100% Piracy Software! But could also be a scam, cause you can
download Librarys which are veeeery Big, up to 4-5 GB. i don´t think that someone would have all this stuff on one server wating for download
