Thread Starter | two questions regarding sound cards
Question one: Is there a card out there with an 8 or more channel TDIF interface? Using older Mac G3 Question two: I have been using the computer mentioned above primarily for a mixdown unit. Running peak, under sys 8.6, and using the stock AV card for IO. Levels in and out have been very strange, and I have been dealing with strange buzzes. I'm hoping the isolation transformers that I ordered will solve the buzz issue, but I'm starting to consider whether a serious sound card will do me better for levels. What would be the recommended card for two channel input? |

Most of the Motu stuff has tdif, The M-audio Delta Tdif card, Sek'd makes a tdif card... there are a few out there. Also you can buy a TDIF expansion card for most of the RME cards. HTH, Mark |

Tascam makes one also, though I don't no about how it would compare to the others mentioned above.
