Kontakt redundancies?

So I recently purchased Kontakt Elements, which contains an upright piano. Is this the same as the N.I. upright piano library I already own? It takes up less space, but sounds identical, as far as I can tell. It also comes with their Rhodes emulation -- is this the same as the separate Scarbee library?

In other words -- with these "sampler" bundles and separate, complete individual instruments, do I have duplicate versions on my hard drive?

It's possible. Just compare the library files and keep the most recent version.

I compared libraries and sizes -- the entire elements library is 1.92 gb, whereas the Upright Piano library is well over 2, so that answers that.
Does that just mean the elements piano is missing most of the layers/different velocities?

Possibly. Also check the dates on the carious file types and see which one is newer. You should be able to remove one of these lib's though.

Here's the response from NI support:

The full Upright Piano library is a more complete version of the instrument than
the instrument from the Elements Selection library.

The Elements Selection library is small, select instruments from Komplete 8, so
the content contained within it will overlap with Komplete 8, but none of of the
content is going to be a complete library that you would find from Komplete 8,
only small bits of them.
