Question M-Audio ProFire Lightbridge

Has anyone heard anything about M-Audio's ProFire Lightbridge? I don't remember seeing it on their site a while back when I was comparing. Not that I'm thinking about buying it, since I'm happy with my 002 and currently scheduled for a Black Lion Audio mod for it. Just wondering if it would be a good option for someone who currently had pre's and converters and wanted strickly an interface into ProTools.

Frankly, considering it doesn't use and converters or preamps from M-Audio, it seems like the thing we've all been wanting Digi to come out with. (You know, just leave out the pre's and converters since they're subpar anyway). As long as one didn't need the DV toolkit (since M-powered doesn't support it), does anyone know of any downsides to this product? The only thing I can think of is that perhaps the internal clock would suck.

guess this thing has just been shown at NAMM, it wasnt listed lasted time i looked at the M-Audio website, wonder when it will actually ship.
front pannel looks kinda crappy, kinda like those new b******** boxs but looks like its all metal so hopefully its made well.
question will be does it wotk with all i/o with M-Powered, i dont see it listed as compatable yet, but they probably wont update the combatability list untill the next release. it doesnt appear to have the driver compatability of other M-Audio devices and theres no mention of low latency hardware monitoring which will be realy be a deal breaker for many but mabey its a reason to buy a real console.
34/36 i/o in an M-Audio box compared to the 18i/o of a 002. something tells me something big is going to happen with the LE line soon.

if only they would make it with AES i/o
