Main Mix from Analog Board to Computer

I need advice on how to get my master mix from my analog board back to my computer.

I have a custom built PC, a MOTU 24io (24 channel AD and DA conversion), and an Allen and Heath analog console (the ZED436).

For a medium/low end converter the MOTU does a fine job tracking and converting the tracks back to the board for mixing. I can get a great mix on my board that I love now how do I send the final mix back???

I'm not sure the MOTU is high enough quality for a final mix and my computer doesn't seem to be able to handle adding effects to each track (I still need more effects hardware), sending the tracks, and receiving the main mix back through the MOTU. My question is... do I need a separate computer for recording my main mix along with a decent 2-channel ADC (thinking a Mytek or Black Lion Audio), or do I upgrade my computer and run two programs at once (one sending, one recording the main mix), or something else entirely?

Why don't you get a Black Lion modded 2408mk3 and connect it to your Mixer? That way you can have 8 extra outputs to use all your mixer channels and have better quality inputs at the same time. Just connect it to your PCI-424 to extend your setup.
