My Waveburner Master CD can't Be Imported into iTunes

Hi--I've got Waveburner 1.6.0. My mastering engineer sent me a wb file, and I loaded the mastered tracks into the file and all was well.

Burned a CD, plays great. I am about to send it off to Diskmakers, who need an audio CD to do a limited run.

But I went to import the CD into iTunes and got the following error message:

"Error occured while converting the file " (name of first song)". The required disk cannot be found."

It says this for each song. iTunes will play the CD, but not import it.

My fear is this: if I send this to diskmakers to duplicate exactly, won't the copies have the same problem?

Any ideas how to defeat this?

Thanks,

Doug

I'd go back to the mastering engineer and ask them.

Open your waveburner session, go to preferences. select burn. Check and see if "Write SCMS" is selected. If so then uncheck it and make another disc.

Worth a try.

But take a look at this thread regarding WaveBurner:
