Sonar "0" Bar and Markers, A Work Around...

I don't know if any other Sonar users have been frustrated by the program's inability to start a song at before bar one. Often it's nice to have a lead in of a couple beats before the first down beat of the first measure.

This is also complicated by the fact that Sonar's use of markers (at least to my understanding of them) is somewhat limited.

So I came up with this work around, and I hope others might also find it useful.

I only record "analog" so I haven't had this problem.

I've had Sonar since V7.
