How can I make a better legato pop music strings by sampling libraries?

I have EastWest Orchestra Platinum and LA scoring string 1.5

So how can I make a better strings sounds for pop music, with better legato sounds, still very good/real sound, and even still can hear string short notes?

Are here anyone have any ideas?

I don't think you need any more libraries. LASS should do all you need for what you are describing. It has to do with how you play it. Use cc 1 and 11 for expression and realism and use the other articulations when needed. sometimes in the middle of a line you need to drop in a staccato note to get the articulation right.... depending what the line is..... LASS is programmed exceptionally well but it is pretty deep and can take a bit to play it properly....

But how about if I need to play polyphonic keys at the same time in only 1 single midi track?

set up a template with the auto arranger. it is amazing how deep you can get with that thing. you would probably have to use the sustain pedal for the legato transitions......
