Exclamation Help. USB Ground noise

My RME BabyFAce and Roland Fantom-G don't play together. Rme is connected with USB to PC, and Fantom-G is connected to PC via USB for MIDI.

There is this whining noise that is usually heard from laptops without DirectBox.

If I unplug USB cable form either Fantom or RME the noise stops.

I put Direct Box to Fantom G with ground lift and to RME with ground lift, still no help.

Aren't the Direct Boxes with ground lift I have hooked up right now, doing the same job as that box?
