Suggestions with this PC setup!? Intel D950 based

Ok...This is where I'm at with the system after some research, and comments from mhartman :

Budget is about $1600. I would love to get it all for less than that.....

Please let me know what do you think. I have not selected a Video Card yet, but was budgeting about $120, if possible for a Dual monitor setup. Any suggestions would be appreciated

If you think I can save on anything by downgrading any of the components and still have similar performance for what I'm trying to accomplish, please let me know. I'm always open to "better bang for the buck" info...

I'm not sure if I'm missing anything !?!?

Also, is there any benefits when using a DDR2 800 vs 667?
