Noise coming out of the Speaker.

Hai!

I have a simple problem, which i already did a lot of troubleshooting about it.

The problem is: There is some noise coming out of the pc, throught the speaker.
p.s. i don't care about the noise i hear from the pc case, it's really the noise i hear through the speaker that matters to me.

Here is the noise:
Download Memo.m4a from Sendspace.com - send big files the easy way

To sum up my troubleshooting. I have been able to determine it from the PC? and was not my external soundcard. I have plugued it on my laptop in the same environment, with the same firewire cable, with my laptop, i don't get this noise. So the problem is from "before" the external sound card.
I have tried the onboard soundcard, i don't get any noise from it.
I find it strange but i guess due to the fact it's only a small chip, it is normal is it not?
So to sum it again, it is not the cable neither the firewire neither because it is unbalanced.
I tried a ground lift this pm, and nope, it is not a ground lift either.
I have tried to unplug all the fan, and no, the noise is still there.
I tried to put a pci firewire card, instead of using the firewire port of my motherboard, and nope, the annoying noise is still there.
The noise has appeared as soon as i got my new pc, it was not there before. everything that is in my pc right now, was there when i buyed it. Except for the other 3 HDD i have, which have not changed a thing to the noise.

So, since i heard that people on gearslutz were brillant and they probably know the answer, then, i am here, asking for help.

So, for the configuration:

Windows 7 and Hackintosh Mac Os X Snow Leopard
Intel I5 3,2ghz sandy bridge
16gb Ram DDR3 Corsair
The fan of the Processer has been changed for a radiator, cooling, so no fan noise from there.
Asus P8P67 LE (motherboard)
ATI Radeon HD 5670 (i need it since my motherboard don't have a graphic card) And i have two big screen to plug on it.
4HDD 1TB each.
Presonus Firebox
Yamaha HS80m
Yamaha MG124 CX
Balanced Cable, plugued into firewire. XLR Cable for the reference monitor (loud speaker)
Hmmm oh yeah the power supply. A Raidmax RX-630SS.
Case, Raidmax helios atx-819wb.

So here it is, i am looking to kill that annoying noise, it is killing my ear audition capacity.

Thanks for any help, i will apreciate every aspect of help i can get from that.

Its mostlikely some sort of ground loop, maybe the power supply? Its possibly solved by modifying your cables i've seen threads on here with instructions on how to fix similar problems. I'm no expert in this field though so it's just constructive speculation.

Since i tried to use a ground lift, this is not a ground loop problem.
Thanks anyway!
I am planning to try to change the power supply, and then i will try to change the motherboard if the power supply is not the solution.

The part about modifying the cables interest me. Do you remember a thread where it would be written? I am new here so i don't know much about this forum sadly!
