Copy and Paste Plugins in Logic...

Im sure there's an easy way to do this but as usual I can't find it in the manual. I have a plug on one track with all the settings right where I want them. Is there a way to just copy that plug in to another track? I'd like to be able to do it without doing a save as in the plugin then reloading the saved version on the new track.

from the mixer window, click a plugin you want to copy with 'apple + option' then drag to open insert slot.

you can move the position of a plugin by just 'apple' clicking and drag.

if you have a 2 or more button mouse, usually right-click can switch you to the handtool (assuming "toolbox" is assigned in the preference)

You have two options:

Copy+paste Channel Strip (press the little triangle for the menu)

or

In the Track Mixer (Adaptive Track Mixer) or in the Audio Configuration Window you can copy by holding down the Command key (Apple key) and the Option key (Alt key) while moving a plug-in.

This is not possible in the Environment.
