Which comp to pair with Trident A-Range?

I'm likely going to get the Softube Trident A-Range EQ, and I was wondering what compressor plugin would pair well with it. I'd like something with nice color, as opposed to something totally clean and transparent.

Suggestions?

I use pro tools, and will likely start using reaper as well.

I've been demoing this EQ (I'd like to buy it too) and it sounds good with the Softube CL1b, the UBK-1, the Glue, and especially the RS-124.

I've been using the Softube Trident EQ (as a Reason Rack Extension) and currently pairing it with the versatile Softube FET compressor...the combo works great on acoustic/electric guitar, DI bass, vocals and percussion. Warm and earthy with nice detail when using the upper-mid EQ.

I'm looking forward to trying the Softube Tubetech and Summit compressors if they become available as Rack Extensions.

I mixed a record once with the A-Range into the CL1-B on all the vocal channels. It was perfect on the artists vocals.
