FL Studio or Maschine?

Hey all! I'm new to the forums here, and I'd like some advice on what I should buy. I am getting into writing Electronic/D&B/Dubstep music, but I am torn between whether I should get FL Studio 10 (Signature Bundle) or NI's Maschine. I have been using LMMS for a while (free spinoff of FL) so I am familiar with how FL works, but Maschine looks very useful, especially with all the samples it comes with. I have no clue how to use Machine though. Is having to learn a whole new program worth the extra samples/money? And are the samples any good for Camo & Krooked/Noisia style music? They are my biggest influences and I'd like to be able to have as fat of a drum sound as them. Thanks!

Personally, I would use FL studios and Maschine as a VST within the DAW. FL is a lot easier to use for mixing.

the samples that come with maschine are very nice and useable IMO. there definitely is a learning curve to maschine but it's not bad at all. I'm still learning things on maschine and find it quite fun. if there's one thing I could improve on maschine, it would be the song mode. it is still very flexible, but basic layout of it ive always found just a tad weird. but on the other hand there's more than one way to sequence a song in maschine. oh, and hands on is awesome. using the computer with maschine in tandem is the best way to go I think.

fl studio...
it comes with it s owen greate inside audioeditor edison, a few samplers and slicer (sliceX!!!)+ reverbs , effects, synths ect ect.
it has everything that you need + lifetimes upgrades!!
okay it doesn t have a huge libary but you can buy nice drums from people like goldbaby, and ad a nice synth like diva or zebra.
minus is:
okay you can t control everything with the controller.

Depends on what you wanna do, for production in general, I would start with FL Studio, I don't really like the production environment Maschine has to offer, I just use it as a controller / drum sequencer inside Ableton. But it's a great digital drum machine and has a ton of awesome drum samples.

BOTH! You can load up FL studio as a vst plugin within Maschine.

500 bucks for both. But I will say that since getting maschine a couple of years ago, I rarely touch Fl anymore except for when people send me FL sessions to mix. If you are truly a rhythm/feel based producer, Ie...... can actually play anything. The tactile control that maschine offers is aces! Though I will probably buy the MPC Ren when it drops, for the money right now Maschine is something you should get for sure.
