Totally 100% legit. I've bought plugs, bundles and redeemed vouchers with them - ZERO issues. I've recommended them to friends and co-workers who have also had nothing but good experiences

I received immediate response to a couple of emails which made me a bit more comfortable, since I never heard of them before. I then upgraded to Mercury plus the Classic Console bundle with them. I got immediate online delivery with no registration problems. Version 9 with no ilok required is awesome!

+1
Waves Universe is a nice small company to deal with.
From my dealings they seem to primarily be a father & son team running things mostly.
I've also heard great things about Tony Belmont ( Gearslutz member) but have not actually utilized his services.
It's great there are reputable alternate sites for Waves products.

i used to buy from Tony bundles and singles ...but more and more , email asking for quotes where unanswered ...i missed the 50% of mercury in Dec because of that then discovered Wavesuniverse ....tried it .....excellent from start to finsih ....

Tony is also excellent and very kind , and also gave me his feelings about this and that plugin when i asked him ....he also sell all brands ....my name must be on here spam list or some ....that's all ....

Great move no matter you go for Waves universe and tony , even Audio deluxe is great .....3 serious sellers ....

Thanks all for the great comments. Just to confirm what was said above, we are a small father/son outfit that only sells Waves (and the Waves associated product XLN Audio). That allows us to respond very quickly to Waves requests. Our setup allows us to respond to email requests and/or fill orders within 15 minutes (that is about our average). We can even reply to requests on weekends/holidays/nights in a fairly timely manner. We also understand the ins/outs of Waves odd pricing structure, vouchers, WUPs, Upgrades, etc...

We are listed on Waves site as an authorized Waves dealer. You can ask any Waves sales person directly and they will confirm our legitimacy.

Do you get a box or is it a digital download?

You can do either, but since the most current version of the product is downloadable, we have only actually shipped one box to one customer. Everyone else has chosen to download the product direct from Waves. If you buy the boxed version, Waves charges $10 flat rate shipping for anyone in the U.S. We have to pass that cost on to the customer. That may be another reason everyone chooses to get the download.
