Slowing down a multi track in Pro-Tools

I have an important session starting tomorrow morning and got a call tonight asking me to slow the entire multitrack session to allow the vocalist to sing more naturally. The words feel very rushed at the current tempo. They are going to leave the song at the slower pace. Not sure if it needs to stay at the current pitch or not.

I've not seen the tracks yet. It's a vocal for a guest artist that's bring in his hard drive.

Session Setup and VSO would allow me to slow some but would change the pitch. Warp audio would allow me to stretch the entire thing but would not move markers, etc. Any one done this type of thing?

I've not done this before and I'm breaking out the Pro-Tools manual right now but wanted to ask for help while looking.

Thanks,
Will

Edit:
Kenny Gioia to the rescue. I refered to one of Kenny's videos and he went over exactly what I needed.

The PT8ElasticAudio video series has a section on Changing the Entire Song Tempo. I've found several of his videos to be very helpful.

They ended up going with the original tempo but I was set up and ready for the possibility of tempo change.

Never let 'em see you sweat.

I Imagine the best way, keeping markers, would be to set all tracks to "tick" based vs "sample" based, then change the tempo, everything, including audio, stays at bars and beats... but then again I imagine that is only useful when the music conforms to the bars and beats to begin with.

Either way, looks like you got your info.
