Thread Starter | Breakout Box Does anyone have an opinion on whether or not it's advantageous to have a breakout box for your audio interface. For example, the difference between M-Audio's Delta 1010 and the Delta 1010LT. I know PCI as it stands is heading on out in favor of PCIe and Firewire, but I've been discussing this with my brother and we're trying to determine if you get more problems with EMI or other interference or noise by not having the breakout box. This is less a question of "what gear to buy" and more a question of technical merits. Thanks for the input! -Zen |
