Roger Nichols wrong "again"?

Referring to the Sound on Sound article in MAI 2006 where Roger N. claims that 24 bit sounds better on base than 16 bit, the topic was discussed at another forum with Dan Lavry.

Referring to Dan Lavry, preamp and highend AD-DA designer, there are "fundamental errors".
