How can I change the beat of a specificed bar in Cubase?

e.g. I wanna keep all the bars in 4/4 but just only wanna change the bar 13 into 2/4 or 6/4,
then how can I do that?

You have to have a tempo track set up. When in that snap to start of the bar you want to change, go to time sig on transport bar and change it then hit enter. Then go to the start of the next bar and change back... Works for me...

Yes I think that's what he means, tempo track is obviously for tempo changes.

Use the alt key to add a time sig change when clicking on the time sig track.
