I am running Logic 9 on a Dual MacPro using Lion 10.7.3.
I use the Digi 003 as a standalone using Logic.
Before i updated to Lion i had the following problem, that just started randomly and still exists in Lion:
MY midi is detected by the Digi 003, the midi light flashes when i play a key, but it does not trigger the samples in Logic as it did before.
What I have tried to do so far, with no success:
i have deleted the standalone driver, and reinstalled it.
(version 8.03) Still no update for LION?
I installed the MIDI_IO_Driver_v90
and then the DigiDioMidiDriver_v90_Fix
(I never needed to install these files before)
I also tried the following:
"""If you're having problems with MIDI (can't send or recieve) and/or your MIDI interface is greyed out in Audio MIDI Setup, try this:
Go to MacHD>Users>your account>Library>Preferences>By Host and trash 'com.apple.midi.a bunch of numbers and letters.plist'.
Go to MacHD>Users>your account>Library>Preferences and trash 'com.apple.audio.audiomidisetup.plist'.
Empty the trash and restart, then see if everything is working.""""
I also did deleted the emagic midi drivers folder:

When I open Midi IO Setup, it says that the Digi 003 is not connected.
Even though the CoreAudio Manage is open and says it is connected.
In the past I don't recall having to open the Midi IO Setup app, as the midi worked immediately.
i hope there is someone who can help me, as I have a friend here who has flown all the way from Austria to work together, and right now we are trawling through forums trying to get this fixed. i feel like i am letting him down right now :/
