NI Guitar Rig upgrade vs update

Delete thread! Can't see how to do so myself

Hey guys. I own Komplete 7 - uninterested in 8 but would really like Guitar Rig 5 Pro (Komplete 7 came with GR4).

When I am logged in on the site and go to buy it it says three options

Full version 179 euro - Info: as owner of komplete 7 you quality for Update

Update - 69 euro - Info: As an owner of KOMPLETE 7 you qualify to install and activate this version.

Upgrade - 89 euro - INfo: As an owner of KOMPLETE 7 you qualify for the Update.

It definitely seems Update is the option for me and the cheapest - I'm just curious what the difference is to Upgrade and why that is more expensive. Thanks!

EDIT: Logged out and it explains it very well;
Upgrade = Upgrade for users of for Guitar Combos (also Behringer), GUITAR RIG 3 LE, GUITAR RIG 3 XE, GUITAR RIG 4 LE, GUITAR RIG 4 Essential, GUITAR RIG Mobile (all), GUITAR RIG Session (all), Komplete 7 Elements.
