Print vs Export tracks?

In a recent Pensado´s Place episode I watched, Dave Pensado explained that he can clearly hear the difference between printed and exported tracks and that printed tracks sound way better, so he always prints.

All I can say is come on! Really? Is there any truth to this myth? If so, PT must really really suck!

There is a problem with Bounce to disk, if that's what you're referring too. Automation doesn't always keep up, therefore I always suggest that you print. Why that would make Pro Tools "really really suck" is something I can't understand though.

Does anyone have any accurate info on this? Is Pensado only referring to Pro tools?
