Screenflow for Mac question

Screenflow for Mac question
I am working with Cubase and Steinberg MR 816. Screenflow is only hearing the Mr816s audio from my Rev x reverb channel and nothing else of the audio track. Is there some sort of setup within Devices, VST Connections or the MR Editor I am missing.

Thanks in advance for any help.
