Chris Lord Alge Plugins

I've Just pulled these up for the first time and i feel like im cheating.

What does everyone else think?

They make your mixes sound great, and yes it is cheating. This is the reason I never purchased any of these time of bundels. The whole point of having a studio is to engineer a mix. That is the fun part of it and trying out different EQ's and comps for different tracks; using different ratio and release. If someone else does it for you, then what is the point of being an engineer.

I think this bundle and the Puig one sound great and is best for musicians who have a studio and don't want to get bogged down with all this engineering stuff.

CLA Plugs.

I love the 1176. One of my favorite plugs. I use it all the time. The presets are cool, but I often find myself tweaking those digital knobs a bit.

I agree it is a bit of cheating, but I love the reverb in the vocal plug in. Everything else doesn't really get me going though, they all seem to effect the original sound too much, and in my case that effect wasn't something I was digging.

I think they are more aimed at the musician and less at anyone who calls themselves engineer.

This. It's all marketing. If you want a mix to sound like CLA, hire the guy. You could probably at least get a version of your single for as much as the plugz cost.
