8 input recording interface.

I'm looking into buying a 8 input recording interface below 2000 can anyone throw me some suggestion's thanks. Another question to ill be recording drums guitar and vocals but ill be replacing the guitar with digital tones with a higher end audio interface will it increase the guitar quality if I'm doing it this way.

To answer your question; yes it will.
But XLR are more solid due to its locking function.
