Thread Starter | Anywhere to buy Pro tools 10 with multiple payments in Canada?
Hey all, I'm looking to buy Pro Tools 10, but can't shell out the full 299 + taxes to get it at the moment and am looking for somewhere in Canada where I can make a few payments monthly, such as what Sweetwater.com offers. The problem with Sweetwater or zzounds is that they only offer that payment plan to US citizens only. Any idea where I could find an offer like this that allows Canadian citizens as well? I would prefer it to be a digital download, as I would like to get it up and running right away. If not, any idea where I could find it cheaper? I'm looking to upgrade from 9. Thanks a lot. |

Seek and ye shall find. Ask and thou shall receive  Avid Pro Tools 10 Software Upgrade Card from Other Pro Tools Versions at AmericanMusical.com This is good news for me as well as I've been wondering the same. I see an upgrade coming for me in the near future. |

Hey, Thanks for the link. I actually called them and apparently they don't offer the payment plan to Canadian citizens, like the other websites. Also, they don't provide a direct download, rather they ship you a card with the activation number on it. Bummer. |

Yes, but does Long and Mcquade offer a download of Pro Tools 10 and also the payment plan that I'm looking for?

I agree on the CC thing a friend of mine did a studio upgrade with "in store financing". He ended up paying full retail plus about 25% interest compared with buying it cash (pay now) discounted using a credit card. I think you should be able to get a small $1000.00 limit CC pretty easy. |
